Your assessment answers stay in your browser. We ask for your email to send your report. We never sell data, never run ads, and never share your answers with anyone.
What we collect
- Email address
- When you join the waitlist or unlock a report. Used for your report copy, your receipts, renewal reminders, and one launch email.
- Answers
- Stored locally in your browser (localStorage) on your device. Not uploaded to our servers.
- Payment
- Handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and the last 4 digits — never your full card number.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not show ads or share data with ad networks. We do not share your answers, scores, or safety plans with anyone — including caregivers — unless you explicitly turn sharing on, item by item.
Legal bases
Where GDPR or similar laws apply: we process your email under contract (delivering what you bought) and consent (the waitlist). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Processors we use
Stripe (payments) and [Email provider] (report delivery and receipts). Both are bound by their own privacy commitments and process data only on our instructions.
Retention
We keep your email until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe. Local assessment data stays on your device until you clear it — the "Retake from the beginning" button, or clearing browser storage, removes it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or export it. Email privacy@autismally.co — we respond within 30 days, usually much faster.
Children
Autismally is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Caregiver accounts are designed so the adult holds the email relationship.
Cookies and local storage
We use no tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage for exactly three things, all kept on your device:
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Payment data is handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS. If a breach ever affects your data, we will notify you directly and promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we email you first and summarize what changed. The revision code above always reflects the current version.
