Acceptance of these terms
By using Autismally — the website, the ASTI·100 self-assessment, or the app — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Autismally is
Autismally is a daily-support tool for autistic people and their caregivers: daily structure, task breakdowns, sensory check-ins, communication cards, safety plans, and social-situation previews. It also offers the ASTI·100, a 100-item self-report trait inventory.
Not medical advice
The ASTI·100 is a self-report inventory, not a diagnostic instrument. Autismally does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for a qualified clinician. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact local emergency services immediately.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 to use Autismally; under 18 requires a parent's or guardian's consent. Give accurate information and keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Payment, automatic renewal, and cancellation
The score report is unlocked by a 48-hour trial of the full Autismally app. The trial costs $1.99, charged once at checkout.
When the 48 hours end, the trial becomes a membership automatically. The membership costs $29.99 every 4 weeks, charged to the payment method you used at checkout.
You agree to this renewal at checkout, before you pay. The checkout screen states the amount, the schedule, and the exact date and time of the first membership charge. We do not charge you anything you have not seen on that screen.
We send a reminder email before the first membership charge. If you keep the renewal reminder turned on, we also send one before each later renewal. Each reminder states the amount, the date, and contains a cancellation link.
You can cancel at any time in two clicks: Settings → Subscription → Cancel membership, then confirm. The first click shows exactly what happens; the second click confirms. Canceling stops all future charges. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no cancellation fees and no extra steps.
Refunds
If the report was not useful to you, reply to your receipt email within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. No forms, no questions designed to wear you down.
Your content
Routines, plans, scripts, and assessment answers you create are yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to store and display them back to you and to anyone you explicitly share them with. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping, reselling, impersonation, or interference with other people's use. Do not use another person's report or account without their permission.
Intellectual property
The Autismally name, design, software, and the ASTI·100 item set belong to Autismally [Company legal name]. You may print and share your own report freely.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Autismally at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice and a stated reason whenever possible.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you before the change takes effect and summarize exactly what changed. No silent updates.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
